Any chance someone can give an actual review of the product? I’m pretty sure we can all do the math, or at least I hope so, on how cheap this stuff is but I want to know how it tastes. How’s it compare to a decent jerky products, like say Krave, and not that hard and dried out crud with the initials Jack Linx? Flavor, texture, something for crying out loud.

MSG being poison is one of the biggest misconceptions.

Not when it’s someone who’s allergic to them
Originally came here to see if anyone knew if these had nitrates since the fincé is allergic. He’s also allergic to MSGs though, so now it’s a moot point.
We’ll stick with Oh Boy! Oberto’s natural jerky for now, thanks. Nitrate free and MSG free.
And yes, I remember the days when jerky was sold by the sheets, and you could get it by the pound. My mouth is watering just remembering those days v.v
I have tried this stuff. Pretty similar to what else is put out by Bridgford. Wouldn’t buy it again and I love the sauce.
Best Jerky out there in my opinion, besides homemade and uberexpensive small run stuff of course, is Riley’s. The stuff has simple ingredients and is about as addicting as I think heroin would be. Not cheap though, my local supplier sells small bags for $6.50 a pop. I buy them three at a time and it is worth every penny. Recommend the peppered, original and teryiaki however all of the kinds are good.
