Always wanted to try one. But still more than I want to pay. Maybe it will be in my next basket iof contusions.

Been watching these for years. I bought one pre-covid from woot. It was blemished at 199.00 and that was an amazing price pre-covid. And it works like new. I would not trade it for anything. I would say after watching prices pre- through post-covid that 189.00 is a great deal. This is the cheapest I have seen since 2017. Unless you can find someone selling one used. And I wish mine was black. Maybe I will paint it this year. Woot just gave me an idea! Best of luck finding one. They are amazing and worth every penny when balanced with a stretching and physical therapy type routine.

Question for you: is this something that you need another person to help you get out, or is it easy for someone to do alone. And also do you/would you feel safe using it when no one else was home?

Once you have it set up and balanced to your body its as easy to get in and out of as just raising your arms. I live alone and have no fear of using it. I picked up a blemished unit a couple of years ago on woot also (there was no blemish I could find). This is a great deal with the cushion included (mine did not have one but I purchased one to use with it).

I have a hard enough time with life right side up, I would be a mess upside down!!

It’s hard to see in the pics, but they come with a tether strap that you can adjust so you don’t go too far back or upside down at all. When you are using it for the first time a buddy might ease your fears, but once you are used to it you can do it alone.

This is from the Teeter site How to Use an Inversion Table

I have one of the originals with the nylon backing & it still serves its purpose when my back is kind of stiff. I dont use it often maybe once or twice a year, but it helps.

This is the cheapest I’ve ever seen them new they’re usually $199.
