Uugg. Instead of Shirt Woot, lets just start calling this section Snoopy Woot. It seems every 3-4 days it’s another snoopy shirt that’s highlighted here.
Feel free to vote in the derby.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
You’re not wrong ![]()
Good news! There’s a “no snoopy” rule next derby. Some of the artists are sick of it too ![]()
There needs to be a list of the most common rules.
I recall, years ago, how text was banned. Then we would have a text only derby every few months, just to break it up.
Calvin and Hobbes had a perma-ban as well, but that was kind of artist driven I think…
It would be interesting to see it graphed in some way. Most common bans, when they started and ended.
If AI would have been a thing back before 2010, the chats (and minds) would have EXPLODED! Remember all the pages dedicated to calling out TRACING or LIVE TRACING images from the web?

Oh, HELL yeah!
@kg07 How are you at drawing Scrappy Doo? I think he’s old enough to drink beer now.
No bunnies! and variants thereof was one of, if not the most common, derby rule – and it was because of one artist.

You know what we need?
Cat shirts.
A derby showing all the ways to cook penguin formal chicken?
Narf needs pants also, not just a shirt.
Though this could be tricky, depending on his tail.
Ah, the heady days of the Turbunquin.
Would you stop looking at his butt?
Tell him to stop sitting on my keyboard.
He’s IT, that’s what they do. He’s getting paid to sit on your keyboard. When are you going to school or start a career?
Doesn’t IT deal with insects?

And the days of “art critics” nitpicking everything and telling him to “take his dreck elsewhere” – which did end up happening. Alas, so did a good portion of shirt.woot’s customers of the time too. ![]()
