Mine couldnt cool a 24 by 12 foot room in an hour. It tripped three different gfi outlets. So upset that i have to deal with hassle of huge heavy product.
Sorry to hear that. We were thinking about getting a portable one for the convenience, but maybe we will stick with a window A/C.

Mine showed up absolutely beat up. No straps holding the box together and no packing material. It was clearly bouncing around. Some of the accessories missing and broken. It does turn on and cool. However, I had a single hose unit rated at half the capacity of this one and it cooled better. I don’t know how to return it as it arrived without packing material and a disintegrated box. How are you supposed return something that is supposed to have straps?

Mine showed up with lots of scuffs, a dried on brown blotch of unknown origin on the output vent, and generally did not look (or smell) like it was “tested and certified to look and work like new”. To make matters worse, I tested it after letting it sit for a few hours after arrival to make sure it cooled correctly (which it did) before putting it in place at the location where I would be using it, but when I turned it on the next day, the portable AC unit would only blow room temperature air even though it was set to cool mode with a set temp well below ambient. The compressor is making noise like it’s running, but the exhaust coming out from the hose is basically just room temperature air also. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it into another circuit with no change in behavior. I’m thinking the refrigerant had leaked out of the unit overnight. Guess I have to contact customer service to do a return/refund since the unit is now shown as sold out on the site… Not looking forward to figuring out how to return something as bulky and heavy as this portable AC. :-/
Well customer service has been an absolute waste of time. I sent them pictures and videos, they requested more. I told them the packing material were missing and the unit showed up in a destroyed piece of cardboard. They then offered a smaller refund than initially. I keep asking them how can I return it without a box and materials, they just keep telling me they can send me a shipping label. Last woot purchase. The item was garbage and so is the customer service.

I am also having issues. It came in a beat up box with limited packing materials. I set it up and it worked to cool the air for 2 days then it stopped working. I have tried al the troubleshooting I can think of but its still not working. Just blows room temp air.
I have email Woot about it but haven’t heard back. Because ti worked for 2 days I figured it was fine and there away the box it came in so I don’t know what to do at this point.

Mine came in beat up with broken mount for plastic hoses. Definitely looks used with sticker residues and scuff marks. It seems to function Ok so I’m using it now but this thing shakes the house whenever compressor turns on or off and if i don’t keep fan running 24/7 it reeks of mildew.
Finally opened it up and it was in used condition with mold or mildew on the hose. Last time buying from woot.

Piece of crap, AC worked all summer don’t get me wrong. Starts cooling off in Massachusetts go to turn on the heat…… NOTHING!!! 90 day warranty they got me good
