Hi, I recently ordered a product but it was shipped to the wrong city and state. It was marked undeliverable by the tracking number and now I do not know what will happen to the package. I tried contacting support the moment I saw it, but costumer service has not replied to me and its been almost two days. I am wondering if I can get some clarity on this issue.

Most likely it will be returned to Woot, and you’ll get a refund (eventually), but yeah; @ThunderThighs can help.
Sadly thing is I do not want a refund I want the item.

Please make sure to check your Woot email address and if it’s not in the inbox, please check junk or spam. If it’s still not there, email Woot and have them reply to a different email.
