Everything works great with this sound stand/bar. Bluetooth is seemless, setup is super easy, music is great… but movies are rough. The bass is great and that’s the downfall of this product. Even turning the treble all the way up and the bass all the way down, it isn’t as easy as it should be to hear dialogue while watching tv.

I’m not familiar with this unit so forgive me if I’m asking a stupid question.

Have you looked to see if there’s audio adjustments on your TV?

Have you tried using a different input source? For example, my sound stand didn’t like Digital Audio. It was fine when I switched over to Analog Audio.
