I got the kindle Voyage (very like new) yesterday, and it have some major battery issues. The battery run out extremely fast compare to my friends kindle voyage. I would set that kindle aside for 2 hours off screen and battery would still went down about 7-8%. It take my friend’s kindle a whole night instead. Therefore I wanting to return it and maybe bough a paper white out of Amazon. However I not able to return the item. After click on the item return it said item is not returnable? WTF I got it yesterday, i try to reach out to customer support but no one answer back to this. First time shipping in woot. Disappointed
Because it contains a battery, you need to get a label from CS, as opposed to doing a self-return.
It can take them a little bit of time to respond, especially if you just contacted them yesterday.
If any staff or support sawing this, I would hope to get my money back to bought one out of Amazon instead of replacement.
What’s CS? Never return anything here. I just very upset that there’s only email, and that take forever.

Hi there. @Froodyfrog is correct that you can’t do a self-return for items with batteries. Just reach out to our customer support (CS) and they’ll help you with the return. They respond pretty darn quick. A phone option will be shown if it’s available.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
