Just picked up my 2 cases last night and came here to see what others got. My Lord I was shocked by the negative comments. I kind of expected a bottle of Chard as we all know Welington is winding down and had a lot of Chard. Go out for some Thai food and drink the chard for crying out loud. As for those short a Victory, mistakes happen to claim this was intended was as I said very surprising from this group. Going to check my haul now.

Who’s Victor and why would we want a bottle of him? 
I had bought two cases, both only having a singular bottle of Victory.
Yesterday I got tracking notification of an upcoming delivery, I knew what it was
and so now to today, I just took delivery of a single Victory, but now the money question is this, why would you send them individually or perhaps you have only sent me one when I did in fact buy two cases and only got one Victory in each.
Please look into this. Thank you and a very Merry Christmas.
Got a single replacement Victory (2013) for the one delivered case. As expected, WD takes care of the errors.
Yet still not a peep from anybody at CS about my missing case. I might have to go right to WD!

A weary monkey staggered to the our door this evening. Leaning on the doorbell to get our attention, because we weren’t expecting anything today, he said, “Hey open up I have your missing 3 Victory’s and I brought my cork screw if you don’t want them!!” I sprang to the door, stepped on the cat, trip over the dog but made it just as he was about to open the box. He looked me in the eyes and said, 'Now we are even, don’t bug me any more!!" and was gone in a flash. As he disappeared out of sight, I thought I heard him say, “119 more stupid stops to make…Wineo’s…”
Same here, was missing 2 victories, and received a single 2013 today. Just emailed CS to let them know i think another may need to be sent.

I see I have a $27 refund from Woot. Can only be for the other Victory that I never got.
Not what I would have wanted as far as a resolution but I guess Woot Wine doesn’t care if they make you happy at this point.
Now don’t go reading into this as me being unhappy but I certainly thought that Woot and even Wellington would have done something a little more than the minimum to make loyal customers happy after this completely amateur way of packing and shipping caused such a mess.
This whole debacle has so many inconsistencies to it that it’s rather apparent that no one had a clear idea as to just what happened, what was going on and how to fix it.

So a fair grab bag. Other than the ad saying Chard would be a maybe filler (and sounds like it was a definite filler) this was quite the score at $13 a bottle. QPR is great vs. going to the store and buying bottles, OR the $40 I paid at a restaurant for a 2013 Wellington Merlot.
Only suggestion I have for WD is don’t do “might be a filler” in future endeavors, just say it will be one of the bottles. Or sell out faster of just red boxes.

I agree that this was a fair (amazing) grab bag.
I got 2 cases. Both similar. 1 chard each. 2 victory. 1 cab. 1 field blend (one of my faves). Zins and syrahs. Very happy.
At least you heard it was coming … last email from CS was that their wine guy was on vacation. Hopefully I’ll hear something on Tuesday.
My 2 cases were identical, both had 4 Zins and a chardonnay. Not happy because i already have nearly a case of each Zin and don’t like Chard.
Unfortunately, it matters not that you are not happy, they don’t care anymore.
Ask me how I know.
Got the re-shipped case today…wasn’t expecting it since there was no email! As has always been my experience, WD makes it right.

Nice assortment, actually better than some of the other cases. All red, 2x Victory. Only thing that could have made it better would be the SC Cabs swapped for the vineyard designates. Thanks again WD!
