I don’t know what’s happened with Woot. I’ve been a long-term customer. In the past, if I had a problem, I would contact customer support, and they would take care of any issues I had within 24 hours.
I retired from my job in the middle of February. I hadn’t realized that I used my work e-mail address on Woot. I have been contacting Woot Customer Service, but they keep sending replies to my old work email, that I no longer have access too. I always logged into Woot with my Amazon password so I could get the free shipping. I had changed my email in Amazon to my personal e-mail.
I have sent customer service at least 6 emails asking them to change my e-mail address to my current personal e-mail. I have never received a reply from them. I don’t have my old Woot password or I could change the e-mail address myself. I have even asked them to reset my password and then I could make the changes.
It’s very frustrating working with them as they have no phone number and if they have the wrong e-mail address, so I have no way to contact them. I’m reaching out on this forum hoping that someone in management is monitoring it so that they take care of a long-term customer.
