Just received the order… only got 22 polishes. Not only was I short 3 polishes but a few of them were cracked and I got many duplicates. I was expecting all different shades not just multiples of 9 colors which is what I received.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Just received my order, got multiple of same color, completely different from the picture, some caps have teeth mark, disgusting.
FYI: The sale did say duplicates were possible.

Just received my order. Seeing as it’s my 1st Woot order, I’m really not impressed!!! My box was half open and destroyed. The bottles were just thrown in the box with a handful of packing peanuts, therefore they were leaking and the entire box smelled of nail polish!! Not to mention of the 25 nail polishes I received there were only 3 different colors mainly nasty brown and green in color!! Nothing like the colors in the picture!

I know there was a possibility of duplicates but I got 6 of the same color, 6 of another, 5, 5, 2 of others and only one of the last one. 13 were very similar shades. So disappointing!
Very disappointed! The colors were nothing like pictured and of the 25 bottles of polish received there were 9 duplicates. 1 or 2, okay. Expected. But NINE? And to make it more painful 5 of the 9 were a gawd-awful mustard yellow. I wont be doing this again.
I think I received all 25 bottles but in only 2 colors, both shades of pink. I knew there might be duplicates but I expected more variety. What am I going to do with multiple bottles of the same shade? I’ve been disappointed with Woot many times but this really makes me sad.

I sent a message to Woot about my disappointment. I received a reply that thanked me for my recent feedback and advising that they take everything you say to heart and try our best to incorporate your thoughts into our site and business improvements. I guess I will just chalk this one up to “lesson learned”.

Update: I received a refund from Woot. I’m very pleased with the way they handled my issue.
