Do not buy! It comes charged, and you’ll be able to use it to charge your phone once. It will not recharge. I don’t know if the solar panel is even real.

Ridiculous “bait and switch”. I have and wanted a second charger in the picture. This is now the second time I received a different one. It works ok, but I want the one in the photo because it is much smaller and would work better for my purposes. Very disappointed in the false advertising since substitutes have now been made twice!

One needs to be realistic about the solar panel. As a class of item, please be aware it will take many hours if not days depending on intensity of light to charge the battery.

  • They will dissappoint if you thought the solar cells by themselves would power your phone. Based on the physics of a less than 6"x3.5" solar panel that is utterly impossible.
  • It will trickle and I mean slow as molasses in winter - charge the battery from the solar cells. Maybe if you talk to it nicely you will feel better. But it will not charge faster.
  • You charge the phone from the battery; not the cells because the output is that low.
  • Consider it a battery pack that you are better off charging from a wall charger. Please note they say, "Input: 5V/1A." That implies a charger (extra cost). Not from the Sun.

TRASH. Left both in the direct sun for over a week. Did NOT charge. Only charge by plugging it in. Battery life is no where near the 6000ah. Will not full charge an IPhone XR. Tried it on 3 different iPhones. Was a waste of money.

Hi there. Sorry you’re disappointed with the item. See the post above about reaching out to customer service.

I bought one and it did not charge at all in direct sunlight.

Not only does it not charge but it is dangerous, mine pillowed in just a month becoming a fire hazard. Please avoid purchasing one of these for your own safety.
