Based upon our experience with used devices rated by mother Amazon as “Very Good” and “Good” condition, we’d be highly suspicious when they admit the device is only “Acceptable” condition (the only remaining condition as I tap this comment).
Unlike Amazon “Recertified” (brand new condition), Amazon “Used” condition ratings are a crap shoot in our experience. You can get lucky and end up with a like new device. It is pretty clear the Amazon trade in program is very much about selling new devices rather than consistency in their “Used” program.
BTW, we’ve been using a couple of these (new) in parallel with ROKUs for several years. Pretty happy with them - especially the integration with Alexa, so we can display our security cameras on our TVs. We much prefer the remotes to ROKU, but not so much the cluttered user FireTV user interface. And our FireTV sticks seem to crash a lot more often than our ROKUs… although that seems highly variable depending on the software Amazon pushes out.

Mine came in brown boxes…like overly large
