I have an older, manually-switched self-powered subwoofer that I’m just leaving on all the time (about 100W peak). So if I put my receiver on the Eco plug and the sub on the managed power plug, it would shut off the sub when I shut off the receiver?

I just got mine and I tried various combos with my desktop and it doesn’t seem to work. The managed outlets turn on for split second when I turn my desktop on and then they quickly turn off. Any suggestions?
