I guess this is a steel pan with a ceramic coating? I know the traditional non-stick coating is not considered safe any more and they are phasing them out but I can’t remember when they have to take them off the market completely. Big companies of course get more time to take things now considered toxic off the market due to the cost of doing that but it’s the people who are using the products who will actually suffer in the long run.
