Are these oven safe?
I mean can they be used for baking, without melting up handles, etc? To what temp?

What’s the big blue button for…?

here’s the product website

That’s the ‘emergency eject’ button.

“4 piece” = 3 pots plus a lid.

This always bugged me for some reason.

If well maintained, how many cooking/cleaning cycles will these last for?

It says scratch resistant. What happens if I use a typical fork and start poking at the bottom of the pan?

Thumb grip for tossing what’s in the pan, I think. Other brands have them, and it tends to be approximately were the user’s thumb rests on the handle.

I have the 8" omlette safe pan (a different series, but the same pan) and I have never had a better pan. It is extremely easy to clean. A simple wipe with a paper towel usually removes any food residue and it is ready to cook again. Great for high-heat cooking also.

Looks like the woot community is successfully overloading the servers over at safepan.com while we all desperately try to find out whether or not the Aussies actually cook babies. . .

haha that’s funny. i was thinking to myself that they had a crappy slow web site. lol

Don’t use chemicals? I have no idea what “ceransafe” is, but I’m pretty sure it’s composed of chemicals. Maybe chemicals that occur naturally instead of chemicals that were synthesized in a lab, but whatever. They are plenty of synthesized chemicals that are just fine for you, and plenty of “natural” chemicals that would kill you in a heartbeat.

Make sure to check out the the “Scratch Test” video at the bottom of their webpage. It’s pretty impressive.

The product description is classic Woot! One of the best.

These are well worth if it you own birds. Teflon can be poisonous to them if it’s overheated. Not to mention it’s not exactly friendly to our insides once it starts chipping away.

Looks good to me…

If these were 19.99…maaaybe for 29.99 I’d get the for the college apartment. This is too much for college though. Maybe in 6 months they will come down to my price in a woot off.

Amazon as a couple reall good reviews posted. But only a couple.
