'04 Howell Mtn Cab: $75
'05 Cab: $54

Looks to be a really good deal if these prices bear out on other sites.

I ordered 6 bottles of the 2004 from another web site a few months back - must say we really enjoyed the one bottle we opened. Paid $36 per bottle with free shipping. Cellar Tracker Valuation is $44.80 per bottle and it gets a 90.9 average froom the cellar tracker community - drinking window is 2010 - 2018. We felt it needed a little more time in the cellar - Well worth the price and we just saw the 2004 offered at The Cru Wine Bar in Dallas for $175 per bottle - New World Cab - not for the RPM’s of the world

Does wine.woot have any way of determining my age?

I bought this last time around and butchered one of the 04 bottles, really need two hands to hold the glass, a huge new world style of wine…I really enjoyed it. Decant

Cheers!

No but when the wine is delivered it must be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older

Nope but I was carded by FedEx last week on my delivery (and I have been of drinking age for 10+ years.

No, but the delivery guy does.

Technically no, but I think your mom might not appreciate having to sign for a box full of wine from FedEx.

I don’t know… But I do know that when wine is delivered, the UPS/FedEx employee will check your ID if you look like you’re under 21.

I popped open the '05 last night. It was good, but really needed to breath. I’d recommend decanting at least an hour before drinking.

I would like to note that out of the four simultaneously-posted answers to that young lad’s question, mine was the funniest.

I missed this last fine bit might well get one or two as I think they are said to be fine value International style cabs.

 agreed!

Since I receive my packages at a co/o which means older gentlemen sign for the packages, I’ll be having the last laugh.

:]

I completely agree - my conundrum was speed or wit - alas I went with speed

Well, Woot has every right to refuse to fulfill your order now that you’ve basically told us you’re underage. But frankly, if you’re drinking $30/bottle wine rather than the Natty Ice or rotgut whiskey most kids these days get twisted on, I say more power to you.

Humor and hubris - you will make a great lawyer!

I said it last time this was offered: I love Howell Mountain fruit.

And if I hadn’t broken my unbreakable SIWBM for the Ty offering, I would grab a set. If I didn’t have a SIWBM, I’d grab two.
