I have been trying to get a customer service person to help me with a giant sized, mangled box containing what should have been a receiver and speakers. The package took a week to get through shipping only to sit two cities over for 6 days. Damaged and I knew it would be once it stopped moving! It was a week late and was delivered in a condition I can only describe as a dumpster fire held together with tape. Woot inspected and approved though! Whatever that meant. Why on earth will no one get back to a customer who is requesting help? This is awful. No phone number, email and contact us do not work and you turned off the chat option. You have literally crammed customers into a tiny option of waiting on you to contact us back at YOUR convenience. @ThunderThighs- you seem to be able to help sometimes. What the heck? I feel like I’ve been stolen from at this point. I have a box of trashed electronics and you have my money. That was not the agreement. I need my money back. Y’all are ruining a Christmas gift and it’s because of your lack of customer service. Ordered on Dec 3. It’s 20 days later with no help. Your only real email back to me was literally copied and pasted from the same post office website you tell us to go to. I’m offended by your assumption of our lack of skills be it reading or finding a tracking number’s information history. I’ve waited long enough for help at this point. I’ve had to try every means to try to get ahold of you for a refund. I cannot lift this package. I cannot take this ball of tape to be shipped anywhere. Do I need to report a theft? Or get an attorney? Why is it so hard to get a refund? Or a customer service person. Why force us to post in a public thread to get help?

Please keep in mind that this is a VERY BUSY time of year for customer service in all of retail. Our reps do exist and they are working very hard to answer contacts IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.
They received all 12 of your contacts, most of which you sent yesterday. Per the note in the support form and the green bar above, you should allow them at least 48h to respond. It might be a bit longer at this time though with increased contacts. Stuffing the queue with multiple contacts doesn’t speed things up. In fact, it slows things down as it increases the number of contacts the reps must review and then close each as a duplicate. This just takes more time and impacts other customers waiting their turn in the queue.
All that said, CS is reviewing your 12+ contacts and will get back to you soon.
