Well, i purchased this computer and received a Dell 24" video conference monitor, which i have no use for. However, i have a definite use for the laptop today. I guess i got screwed by Mortimer. Fml.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Well i received 3 monitors today instead of my mothers day gifts! What a disappointment. So sad.

I got a Dell monitor instead of a laptop… I hate having to return items. But i have no use for a monitor, and what about the Laptop?
From the looks of the shipping information (15lbs) I am getting monitors delivered tomorrow. So frustrating. I have contacted customer service preemptively about the problem. I hope they fulfill our orders and not do the whole “We’re sorry but that is out of stock” response.
What a shame! No response from customer support despite multiple emails and the Laptop is OOS on Woot. So annoying.
