If Carbon was a drink, I imagine it’d be the fizzy drink of life.
I’ll admit, I’m not very good at baking and this tastes slightly better than my regular Apple Pie.
The story of King Midas and his golden touch. The design shows that the oak twig and stones were one of the first things Midas touched to turn to gold. Then the realization that his beloved daughter and roses would also turn to gold upon his touch. The rivers where the ‘curse’ was removed and the subsequent golden sand and golden nuggets are also represented. A variety of other golden items are also included.
Thank you for your vote.
Alchemists dream of turning lead into gold. Why wouldn’t lead aspire the same thing?
Seaborgium.
Okay, so it’s not as popular as Gold. It’s not as useful as Aluminum. It’s not as expensive as Latinum. It’s not as important as Uranium.
Okay, so isotopes of seaborgium have short half-lives of less than a second. And, at present, Seaborgium has no practical uses. None whatsoever.
Nevertheless, scientists speculate that Seaborgium will be that crucial element which will transmogrify all of Earth’s ocean life into a dangerous cyborg collective that will attempt to rule all the known universes.
This is why Wal-Mart has stopped selling Seaborgium in its stores–though it still sells it online at www.walmart.com.

Q: What do chemists call a benzene ring with iron atoms replacing the carbon atoms?
A: A ferrous wheel
thanks for the votes!
Sulfur is a bright yellow crystal in its solid state, blood red as a liquid, and emits a blue flame when burned. Here I’ve represented all three states on top of the old alchemy symbol for sulfur.
The flame is not a gradient, but a halftone, and here is a detail pic to quell any concerns:

Thank you for visiting Helium and Shelium - they are floating in love.
A modified frisbee dog from the leap year derby. This one is dedicated to a few of my customers who’ve mentioned in the past that they wished that their dogs were ‘frisbee dogs’…but that ‘their dogs can’t jump’. Maybe all they really need is a little helium boost. ![]()
as an added bonus if you lay down outside wearing this shirt with your head pointing due north and place the tip of a pencil or straw (whatever you have handy) on the grey dot on Ra’s cheek, the design works as a sundial. never worry about leaving your watch at home again!
Do YOU have alien abduction insurance?
Well, I’ll be away from a computer until Sunday night . . . Enjoy the drawings and I’ll respond to any questions then. ![]()
Here it is. Didn’t change much from what I posted in the forum late last night. Hope you like it. If so, please spare a vote! Thanks for your consideration.
And he’s off . . .
Come now… this is pretty laughy, no?
Here is a closer look at the halftones:
