Do the factory refurbished come with a new battry?
Factory returbs only come with a new batteries if the original battery has an issue in my experience. They test them and if they are 80% or better they don’t change them out. I don’t work here I am just going by what I’ve read and previous experience with cellphone companies I owned.
I’ve bought a Dyson on here before. The battery it came with died within a few months. But Dyson replaced it with a new one free of charge, I believe I just registered under warranty once I got it. But it was very simple process if you do run into the issue, just a couple emails and they sent out a new battery and it’s been great since.
