How in the world do I reach support?!!!! [RESOLVED]

I know I know use the support page. It does not work, at least for me, I have tried every which way to get a hold of someone and I get crickets.

So here’s my deal. I’ve been a wooter long before they tied up with Amazon. I have 141 woots as of this post. For some reason I stopped receiving email from woot about 2 years ago. Nothing, not daily info, or promotions not even order confirmations. No problem, I don’t care for extra email anyway. Well now I do.

Last week I ordered a brand new phone for my wife as a X-mas gift and the order shows it was delivered on the 28th… Well it didn’t actually make it. So I went through the support steps and used that handy little “call me” button on the 29th. Some nice lady told me I needed to wait until the 30th just in case it shows up and then I could see about getting it corrected. Well on the 30th it still didn’t show so I went back to the support page but there is no longer a “call me” button only an “email” option. So I did that, and waited patiently for a reply and got nothing back. I searched my spam and junk and even checked the email attached to my amazon account. nada. What the heck? So then I tried emailing directly to support hoping to get a reply… nothing. Well maybe its me, so I updated my woot account to use my gmail account and again submitted a request through the page and still not a single piece of email from woot has been received.

What the heck am I supposed to do? How do I contact anyone? Is there a secret knock or handshake I don’t know about?

I’ve already tagged @ThunderThighs for you in your other post.

Support will reply to the email address listed in your Woot account and not the one on your Amazon account (if its different). It typically takes 24-48 hours to get a response.

Thank you, at this point I’d take a simple “We received your message” just so I know I reached someone.

I’d be in a panic, too. Woot has good CS.

They don’t send a “we will get back to you” type of confirmation though so that’s normal.
