How can you reach customer support? I placed an order on Friday August 11, paid for the item through Amazon pay and received a receipt for the payment. My order showed on my account, with a status of preparing to ship. Checked the status today and the order is gone! Have not received a refund, and no communication about the order being cancelled, nothing. Have sent multiple emails and only response received was that I was using an email account not associated with my account (BS, I’ve been a member since 2010 and email has never changed), help!
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Looks like you ordered through a different account. Log into that account to see your order.
I ordered through the only account I have, I have emailed support and they sent back the one message about my email address, I have only used one email address for this account. I have not changed anything about my account. I am requesting a different way to contact support because of that message. How do you contact if they won’t respond because the only email address ever used isn’t accepted any more? On my account page it shows the email address that I used to send the message. I guess I will have to reach out to Amazon and get a refund through them as you don’t provide customer support.
Well, let’s put it this way, there’s an order on 8/11 going to your name and address but it was ordered from a different account.
Perhaps your Amazon pay login?

I am logged in with the only account I have so have no idea how to login any other way. I don’t have multiple accounts
I’m not trying to be a pain, the item I ordered does not show up when I log in with my Woot account or with my Amazon account. I see the exact same history of previous orders either way I log-in, it shows the exact same account information, it is the same account
