I have received an order from woot but want to return. Unfortunately the email associated with my account is no longer active and I have forgotten my password (as I only use sign in with amazon account). They keep emailing the shipping label to the email that I do not have access to. I have emailed woot with my order number and a screenshot of the order requesting the return label be sent to my new email address but no one has gotten back to me yet.

Second, give CS 24-48h to answer. If you contacted CS through the support form and asked them to send the return label to a new address, you should be good.
