I am trying to return laptops i purchased, because it was suppose to be new but i got refurnished units. My problem is i logged in with my amazon account, i already updated email address with amazon but return label is sent to old email address.
can someone from woot please reach out to me. I tried calling and emailing and have yet received a response. i do not want to miss the return window.
i already tried to update email address on my own, always get a wrong password message. It does appear that email need to be changed by emailing a support. but i have yet to receive a response.

I already sent 2 emails. Basically provided all the info necessary, just not in the format you mentioned. One of the volunteer suggest I do not sent additional email as it was clog the backlog and causing my email to be deleted.
Please advise me on what to do. Should I sent another email? The main thing is I need to get return shipping label sent to my new email asap as I do not want to miss return window.
