Honestly, the other exercises are nonsense but I’ve got one and it works well enough as a pullup/chinup bar. I would actually suggest NOT using the “safety catch” or whatever it’s called, as I’ve had no problem without it. Although I’m only 180lbs and don’t jerk to pull myself up because it’s poor form, so maybe others will have more problems.

I actually found one of these at a Goodwill for the same price.

Maybe a warning to people out there, but make sure your doors have room to hang this. All my doors are against walls and now clearly after the fact, I wasn’t able to use this.

I got one the last time it was up and it works great. I cannot see what the more expensive models do that this one cannot.

I also got some ab straps off Amazon Prime for $10 but it does not look like they are available anymore. You can find some knock off ones for under $10 though

I love the idea of having one of these, but the state my apartment building’s in I’m pretty sure I’d cause some hefty permanent damage if I tried to use it.

I have one I paid $20+ for and could not do but one or so pull ups. Most people have trouble with pull ups. If you stand on a foot stool when beginning you will be doing pullups in no time. Easy to remove when having people over. Only draw back you must bend your knees. As someone said do not do quick movements for good form and wear on doorway. Joe

My son jumped up to grab the bar and it came loose and he went crashing to the floor. I now use the safety catch.

Just received the product. One of the handle bars is missing a hole. Can’t properly install it. either will have to go through the refund process or drill a hole myself.
