Did anyone else get a non-Fuel model? I was sent a 2686-20 instead of the 2880-20 or 2888-20 that was listed.

CS is asking for pictures of the damage. I was very clear that I was sent the wrong item, not a damaged one.

CS responded already, initiated a partial refund and a return label if I don’t want to keep it. I think I’ll hang on to it; easier than trying to catch the stealthy as a ninja UPS guy, in the dark, to take it. Thank you again TT.

If you look at the previous messages you’ll see what I went through with TT’s help. I would have preferred the 2880 or 2888 (the listing wasn’t clear) but the partial refund was good enough for me. I’d think that CS is aware of the possibility that my experience may not be singular and they may have a solution ready in that event.

Just wanted to add that I also received the 2686-20 and had the same experience with CS. I wonder if they even had the 2880-20 to begin with.
I just got an email today about it and they increased the refund amount. If you didn’t get yours partially refunded or not given an RMA# with a UPS label, let someone know.
