Thinking back on my Boy Scout days, I recall my personal favorite being the Chili Mac, though I think most people preferred the Beef Stroganoff.
Each and every one: HIGH SODIUM!
And?
Salt is required for life.
So is water, but too much of it will still kill you.
Check Amazon’s site first. Some are actually cheaper there. The Mac & Cheese for example if you have Prime.

The reason for high sodium in these things is for three reasons:
taste - people like the taste of salt (and sugar and fat) ; the Big Mac has 1040 mg. The stroganoff has a lot of fat to go with it; the teriyaki has a lot of sugar to play against the salt
water retention - makes you keep water instead of peeing it out
electrolytes - for muscle contractions and nerve signaling
BTW - the amount of water to kill you varies but a figure you’ll see is 1.5 gallons for a 165lb person…and it’s called water intoxication.
