Do we know who refurbished these? Manufacturer?Do they have touchscreen displays? What is the health of battery? What year range they were built?
It says 10% will receive 15.6”. Does that mean 10% who ordered first or is it randomly selected?

Craptop is more like it. And “most will support Windows 11” means I’d be the lucky “winner” of a non-upgradeable W10. NEXT!

" Intel Core i5-8250U CPU or newer - 50% of customers will receive an i7; 25% of customers will receive an i5 8th gen or newer."

and what do the other 25% of customers get?
These are literal garbage.

Save yourself a hundred bucks and know exactly what you’re getting.

Hi there. They’re mystery for a reason. There’s not a lot of info on them. They’re a mixed lot.

By one of our vendors. Click here for our guide to the various conditions and their definitions.

Assume not

Checked and replaced if needed.

Don’t know but you can probably figure it out by looking up the processors.

We don’t know the order in which the vendor fulfills orders. If the orders are split between multiple pickers, then it won’t be FIFO.

Thanks but FIFO should be controlled in my opinion
I hope they do that else this should be called lottery instead of mystery

The problem, as always, is that you can get laptops that are at the high end of expected specs for less money than the gamble price:

These are $245 and $245.99, respectively (with free shipping), and both are at the high end of the possible laptops in this Woot “deal”. The gamble price for these laptops at Woot should be about $100 lower, at least.

Thank you for posting this! Just canceled my woot order and I am heading to Newegg. I just need a beater laptop that can handle huge PDFs. These will work just fine.

I just changed the software instead. Sumatra PDF manages to handle the 100+mb PDFs I occasionally deal with just fine while Acrobat reader chokes on them.

(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)

i got a dell latitude when I did this deal earlier this year. It wasnt touch screen but so far everything works okay I just use it to watch movies or tv shows. My understanding is that it supports windows 11.

I received today that was quick! This is definitely not Grade A. It has dents and scratches!! Going hack right away!

No control over vendors whatsoever! I was the forst one to snatch and i got basic config with lower than grade C!!

So disappointed!

Woot always as a very over inflated sense of how much their laptops and phones are worth. Every single laptop or phone they sell can always be had for a lower price at some other reputable marketplace.
