Need help with order/account

Been a member of the community for 4 years, and never had an issue till now. Ordered a Ninja Air grill and received a different model then what I purchased. I sent a message to support. I noticed it said it would send a reply via email to my sons old college email address. This was the email we used when we originally signed up. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to that account any longer. I attempted to change the email address, but I have to enter my woot password that I dont remember. If I try to reset ithe password, it sends the password rest link to the college email address. I’ve sent a message to support about this issue, and included in the message the email they can contact me at, but I haven’t received a response. Any suggestions?
