Neurona OpticHD 1080P 12MP Video Recording Eyewear

Neurona OpticHD 1080P 12MP Video Recording Eyewear

All the Neurona OpticHD 1080P 12MP glasses I see online all mention they work with wi-fi, however you specifically note these DO NOT work w/wi-fi. Are these a different model or something or “seconds” perhaps? Thx!

Reading the reviews from Amazon it seems this 2017 technology is dirt cheap because there’s no current iPhone App to make it useable…lol

Anyone know if the lenses have UV protection? I’ve seen these with both lighter and darker lenses, but that could how they were photographed.

Also, anyone know what filetype the video is. Is it .mp4?

But the app only worked with the WIFI version, which these aren’t. You can still remove the SD card to move/view the video. Is there something about these that would render then unusable today?

Looks like you can connect them to your computer via the charging/data cable instead of removing the SD, so I don’t see why you couldn’t still use them today.

How is it a spy cam if there’s an indicator light and sounds when you are recording?

Besides Woot’s little humorous blurb, where do these claim to be a “spy” camera?

The indicator light faces you, at the top of the frame. You see it, not the person you are recording. And you get a tone when it starts.

You are correct. They made/sold 2 versions of these, with and without WiFi. These are the no-WiFi version. See them both at NewEgg website. So lack of app is no big deal.

BTW, the company no longer exists. So no support. It is an orphan product. But that does not mean it does not work! Just be prepared to be self-sufficient, or don’t get them.

Thank you!

The main problem with them is the lens is visible. So it is off putting to anyone you want to talk to much less record.

The audible beep doesnt help.
