No response on refund

Item has been shipped with tracking provided and has proof of delivery. It has been over a week with nothing. Sent emails 3x over the past 3 days, anyone actually get a response from these guys.

It typically takes 5-7 days to receive a refund. The Texas warehouse is still trying to catch up from the recent ice storms but you should hear something soon. In the meantime we can ask @lioncow if there’s any additional information available. It’s after hours though.

Multiple emails may get marked as duplicates. Typical response time is 24-48 hours, and they’ll reply to the email on your Woot account.

From personal experience I can tell you they’re good people. They’ll come through.

Shouldnt a proper business send out automatic emails informing their customers of the delay?

I don’t think I’ve ever received an email about delays and I shop online way too much.

My Joann’s order has been stuck in Phoenix for a week now with no updates. Just the tracking number from when it was sent.

It would be nice though.
