I have like 8 items all showing “preparing for shipment”, yet 2 of those have already been delivered. This makes keeping up with what’s going on a nightmare. You can’t even click on the 2 delivered items and see that they were, in fact, delivered as there is no tracking information. What’s going on with woot’s system? It used to work fine as far as checking order status, etc.?

Also, with crazy names, it is harder to get correctitem to look for.

Six out of nine of mine say Preparing for Shipment (no tracking info) and I have already received them. The two that I did get tracking on are being delivered by USPS. The non-tracking ones were delivered by the Amazon delivery service.
The last one that I have no tracking on is my disputed Puffs tissue delivery and that’s the one I was told that I would definitely get tracking this time and that it would be sent out immediately. HA!
Yeah, so the email hamster is a bit under the weather. Probably best to just check your delivery place for packages.

It’s a little hard to tell the difference between packages that have been delivered from those that have been stolen.

I fed him a bunch of cheese… that’s why he’s plugged up… exactly like the email server…haha get it? Plugged up?

I am having the same problem with my recent orders.
Made 8 purchases during the WootOff. In my order history the status is “Preparing for shipment”.
When clicking on the orders individually. “Shipping now”
4 of those have already been delivered. The other 4 may have been delivered but stolen??

Seems the server has finally caught up on the notification emails. I got huge bomb of woot emails all saying Woo hoo! Your Woot order’s a-comin’ Finally able to see some tracking #'s for the last week.
