Trying to check out and when I go to Amazon pay, though there’s a large list of available cards, the one I wan to use isn’t there. I tried to add it via that screen but I get a message that I’m unable to use the recently added card. I went to Amazon and changed my default user and the default card to the one I want and it now shows up when I go to check out, but I get denied every time I try. I click on the change payment and that card still doesn’t show up on the the screen with all the other cards. Caught in a circle. Help
Try logging out of both Amazon and Woot and see if that will sync them up.
Tried that and even went back and removed some payment options. I still can’t get even my default payment at Amazon to show up.
Tried to go in and change payment type and add the card there and I get this message.
Attention
The card has been added to your Wallet but will not be available for use for this purchase
Is it a gift card by chance? We don’t accept those.
No, it’s a debit mastercard
Could you try it in a private/incognito browser window? Log out of both Amazon & Woot again before doing so.
If it works, there’s some add-on conflicting with the Amazon Pay Widget.
That happened to me too. Woot wouldn’t let me add my my debit card to the wallet. But adding the card on Amazon worked for me.
I am running into a similar problem. I have a stored mastercard debit in my account that has been previously used, but is not available now. I have tried updating though amazon and it is still not availabe. I have also tried to use without amazon prime and it works, but would like the free shipping.
Yes, it was pretty bizarre as the card was already stored in my account and has been used for many purchases in the past, in fact it was my default card.
I tried signing in/out, deleting the card from my Amazon account and putting in back in, adding on woots end, etc. For some reason it did not like the Mastercard. I tried deleting a visa and hand no problem putting it back on the account.
Was never able to get it to work, but the item sold out, so it’s a moot point now.

Hi there. Amazon is asking for more information. Could you please private message me with the following information?
To private message me, click on my name and then click on Message in the box that pops up. To check your PMs, click on your avatar in the upper-right corner of any page and then click on the envelope in the menu that appears.

1a. If Browser, OS & Version and Browser & Version
1b. If App, OS & Version and App Version. - Card type (e.g. Visa, MC, etc.)
- Were you updating a card, adding a new card, old card stopped working?

- Things you tried to do to resolve the issue.
THANK YOU!
2/20 update: Amazon hasn’t been able to reproduce the error so they’re asking for a video if someone is able to provide one.
I am currently having the same issue with my card. I want to make a purchase and use the card all the time on Amazon but it will not let me add it or chose it on Woot. HELP PLEASE!!!
Hello. Try the steps I suggested at the start of this thread. If those don’t work, provide the information listed in the post above yours via Private message.
To private message me, click on my name and then click on Message in the box that pops up. To check your PMs, click on your avatar in the upper-right corner of any page and then click on the envelope in the menu that appears.
I’m having the same issue with my debit card and my husband’s debit card - they are both on Amazon pay - one is default but Woot not showing it as an option - this is horrible. Been waiting on a ring doorbell and today can’t buy it.
Same. My card is in amazon, I use it there all the time. Not showing up in woot. I added it to woot, but it says something like “your card has been added but you can’t use it for this purchase.” It is a debit master card.
This might not work, but its worth checking.
Does the address on your Woot account match the address on the card you’re trying to use?
That might cause issues if it doesn’t.
@HighStick @Wooter688706870 See my post above about the information to private message me so I can add you to our ticket to Amazon Pay dev team.
I appreciate the recommendation. I just ended up purchasing elsewhere. It wasn’t worth my time to save $20.
