I think I’ve figured out part of it. But seems like there’s not enough verbs. Or periods. I’m suspecting one very run-on sentence which will bother the grammarnazi in me.

Just so you know, I now refer to them as the spider curtains. I convinced S/O to put it in the washing machine last weekend, washed them, threw them in the dryer, threw it back in the washer, and then hung them outside to air out just in case there were any residual 
Did not set the house on fire as @Ed3rd suggested though. Can’t afford to move with the cost of housing right now and I’m sure our insurance will claim spiders as an act of God peril or whatever the technical lingo is.
