Bought 2 last time and they were both defective.
Similar experience with above.
Only bought one pair and those were also defective. Changed fully overnight the first night (to the 5W input specs) and after connecting and using the Razer app, it showed headsets were at 20% battery life. Used for 5 minutes (and sounded great btw) but placed back into charging case and charged again. About an hour or two later, only the right ear bud was working. Contacted Razer support (not the greatest support tbh), and nothing could be done to save the left ear bud since it wasn’t paying on. Already got a refund from woot and now onto the next set of headphones.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
