I bought one last month when they were on woot. It does great and actually maps things out instead of beating things for an hour like my last shark.
The biggest issue is that the battery only charges to 80%. Not sure if shipping it to the shady warranty company is worth the $$. It would be nice if woot things worked as advertised.
I bought a Factory Reconditioned Shark with self emptying base several years ago from Woot & have nothing but issues with it, so much so that I will never buy a Factory Reconditioned Shark product again. There were springs missing and screws striped out and the cliff detector only sometimes works, when it doesn’t my vacuum falls down my stairs. Mine often gets clogged or lost and when it doesn’t empty correctly, it just sits there on the base without any indication it has a problem, it just won’t run the next scheduled time. We have been thinking of getting a new one since the original is now not charging fully and runs for shorter times between charges, but even at this great price I am not going to buy it.
That’s unfortunate. Mine had a weak battery, but there are 3rd party options that are much better than Sharks, anyway.
Threw that in, been running perfectly for 2+ years now.
FWIW, I bought one last month and its more than paid for itself already. No issues with it at all. At this price, id say its worth taking a risk
I’m really tempted to get one because that price for an auto empty is a steal. The fact that i already have a roborock and that my floor is horrible for these may not stop me

We’ve bought 3 of these and all 3 have been fantastic! Voice control with Alexa is kinda wonky, so we just set it to a scheduled cleaning time. The self-emptying debris bin is so nice!
I just ran mine for the first time and it makes an awful ticking sound. Anyone know if this is normal?
