I ordered a Thinkcar Tech Inc device from Woot and supposed to be delivered today, I was sitting next to my door since morning when I got a message that UPS customer was not in. I don’t like UPS delivery service most of the time I have hard time with their service

It was probably dropped off at your post office and they’ll deliver it.

Right. If it says “UPS SurePost” on the tracking that means they hand it off to the post office for delivery.
But if it’s the case that they didn’t try to deliver it, I suggest calling UPS directly to tell them of your experience. That’s the only way they know to improve their service.

What does Woot use to deliver purchases? I have a tracking number but no reference to the delivery service that I can use the tracking number for.
Sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this. Not seeing any other way. I have to wait for Customer Service to respond in 24 hours.

Hi there, it’s usually UPS but some vendors use different shipping methods.

Hi there. There’s no physical package for that order. Your order tracking number is your validation key. Download the software and use that key.
