I downloaded the Woot app to participate in the special deals this week. Every time I launch the app, it immediately crashes. I tried on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11” 2nd generation. Both are running iOS 13.6, which is the latest version of the operating system. Ion the iPhone, I tried deleting the app, turning the device off, turning it back on, and installing the app again. The same thing keeps happening. I didn’t bother trying this on the iPad because it didn’t work on the phone.

Thanks for your help. I’ll definitely give that a try in the future. I just reinstalled the app on both devices and it’s now working properly.
