Woot Customer service phone number?

Hello,

I have been trying to reach out to woot via support messages, but have had zero luck so I figured I’d try here.

I need to get a return label for an item I ordered, but the return label is being sent to a .edu account that I no longer have access to. I asked woot to contact me at my amazon email account, which is linked to the woot account, but they have yet to contact me on my amazon email account. the “call us” feature doesn’t work and I have tried all possible numbers could be registered with the woot account. I can’t change the email address on the woot account as I don’t have the password. I have just been using my amazon account to login to woot.

Does anyone here have any recommendations on how I get a hold of someone from woot?

Hi there.

Step 1: Contact Woot CS through the support form and ask them to email the labels to a different email address. If you contact them through the support form, that verifies your identity. Make sure you supply the email address. We can’t see your Amazon email addy.

Step 2: Email, email! Have you updated your email?

Update: CS emailed you at the address you requested.

I have already tried asking support to send the labels to my amazon email address a few times, but have yet to get a label emailed to me. The first message I sent was weeks ago and I explained my situation in that message.

Also asked repeatedly to not contact me at the .edu account and instead contact me at my amazon email address, but still no response. I provided my amazon email address each time I sent a message to support. I have sent about 6 or 7 messages with zero response

You should have a new email now at the address you requested. Not sure why the others weren’t getting it. Sorry for the frustration.

Make sure you get that email addy updated though. :smiley:

Yeah, I don’t understand why no one has responded to my messages. It’s incredibly frustrating. I can’t update my woot email address because I don’t have the password for the woot account. I have been using my amazon account/email address to place orders on woot.

Any idea how I can go about either resetting my password or changing the email address?

I purchased a Shark Robot Vacuum recently and went to set it up yesterday. I didn’t receive the side brushed that should have been included.

Hi there. If you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
