Xbox game pass code wrong region erroe

Hello,

I am having a similar issue as a lot of others in these forums - bought two Xbox gamepass codes and one is saying I cannot redeem as I am in the wrong region. I would like a replacement code sent, can anyone help?

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Thunder thighs, I got sent two new codes and neither of them worked. Same error message, incorrect region.
