Can’t Redeem Xbox Game Pass Code — incorrect region error

I purchased a 3-month Game Pass code in December, and I tried to redeem it today and got an error message on my Xbox. I then went to the URL to redeem online and received the error message above. This makes no sense — my account and devices have always been in the United States and my region has always been set to the United States, and there was no option to choose any other region when I bought the code from Woot.

I need either a refund or a working code. From other posts on this forum, it looks like this is a widespread issue…

Hello. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
