There’s more cutting and hemming.
How do I get the $19 tee shirts for $10?? It says there are terms and conditions, but when I click on the home page banner with this offer, it just takes me to the tee shirt page. Do I have to order a certain amount before they change to $10?
Check this thread out:
$19 Shirts for $10 : July 17 - July 23, 2022
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
Thank you!!!
Any thoughts on the onesies so far?
Sorry, no update.
Adult onesies!?!?
Plastic Halloween costume 80s style.
I just have to say that i wouldnt recommend buying shirts from woot anymore. The last couple ive bought, the print is deteriorating to the point that eventually it will be just a plain colored tshirt. Not sure when they switched providers but its dissappointing.
I’m sorry. Make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible). Links to photos will speed things up also.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Hey there! Seems like a good place to ask. My favorite glass in the world broke today. Bought it off woot way back in 2018.
Realize odds are nonexistent on getting another one, but do you do glasses at all anymore?
Alas, I haven’t seen any in a while. Insulated tumblers, yes, but not glasses (or mugs).
Have you searched eBay?
(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)
There has been much searching.
Baring some strangely specific miracle I’ve given up on finding the actual glass again.
I was hoping to get better news about my chances of finding a replacement in the future. I loved the art on the glass but also just liked the style of glass. Most all novelty glasses I’ve ever had or seen have been pint glasses and I really liked that this was more of an old school throwback tumbler style. However your observations match my own, I don’t think I’ve ever seen another one.
Might have to do with the fact the glass was broken by ice coming out of the dispenser…but still, I’ll cross my fingers that someone at woot! one day says, “hey we should put that design on a glass and that one guy that asked that one time will buy it.”
At least there’s a t-shirt for the sad occasion.
Not sure if this is the right spot…
Have y’all stopped tank tops? Or do they stop after summer? Or maybe I’m blind.
There’s a thread about it. TT said they are no longer being offered, at least right now:
I’m not sure if this is the best place to inquire, but are there any plans to disclose when there are inventory issues? If the whole point of raising the price was to accommodate better quality brands, then I would prefer to know if Port & Company blanks are not available and my order is going to be fulfilled with the old brand. I understand that things happen that are out of a merchant’s control, so I’m actually not upset about the shortage, just the lack of disclosure.
I’m still waiting for one more shirt but I’ve placed 3 orders for the same size/fit since October 23 and out of the 8 shirts received (6 different colors), only 2 of them were Port & Company. I contacted customer service about one of the early ones and the reprint I received was also not Port & Company. Maybe I’ve just had bad luck but that’s a pretty low percentage accuracy. I order the classic shirts because the sizing/fit/weight of the Port & Company suits me; it’s disappointing to receive a substitute with no warning. I would prefer being notified and given the option for a refund (or even just knowing I will have to wait longer for an accurate product) .
Thoughts?
Thanks for the question @amrlion! The short answer is that we don’t currently have the ability to provide that level of detail for shirt orders. Supply chain complexities being what they are (especially during peak retail seasons in a post-covid world), means that even though we cannot always ensure consistency in WHO manufactures our tees, we CAN assure you that we strive for consistency in the QUALITY, fit, and specs of the tees themselves. So if a tee shows up with a tag that looks different from what you’re expecting, go ahead and give it a shot. It SHOULD fit and feel the same, regardless of who made it. If it doesn’t, our Customer Service team is happy to help.
And props on your impressive sleuthing skills in finding that old blog post! We’ve updated the language there a bit, to better reflect what I mentioned above. Thanks and let us know if you have any other questions!
Question: is the label on the shirt like just the size with a blank box and no branding? If so, those are the same Port and Company PC450 blanks too, just that they’re intended to be rebranded hence the lack of their own brand.
(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)
Thanks for the reply. I have tried them both in the past and now and while the fit is tolerable for some of them, I can absolutely tell the difference. For the unbranded ones the material is thinner and feels less “premium”. The thinner material also makes them more see through in the lighter colored shirts. They are wider around the waist, resulting in a looser fit. They are also shorter (but that part is not a big deal). When they come out of the wash I can tell without looking which ones are not Port & Co when I am folding them just by the difference in weight alone.
It’s understandable that there’s no way to disclose when there may be inventory shortages. I just hope that we continue to be able to report fit issues and seek replacement for the worst of them (and it sounds like we can). To be clear I have probably purchased over 100 shirts in the last few years and until this most recent batch it was rare to receive an alternative, hence the post.
[apologies for the delayed reply…holidays travels took me away from my collection]
