About the Shirt category

Baby onesies? We periodically look to see if there’s a business case for new options. So far, that hasn’t been decided.

:flushed: What?! Nerds have babies too. How could a Sesame Street themed shirt not come in a baby option?

Apologies if this asked 100x (newb w/shirts), but is there an option to change the color of the tshirt that your selected design is printed on? I often see things I love, but almost always(!) says on “black” tee. [just not a fan of the black shirts; maybe it’s the white cat!!lol]

A/w, I’ve tried to change color but never see option. And now I have too many that I just Never wear!! I prefer grey or white which are rarely offered; don’t care if print doesn’t stand out as much(!). At least I’d wear it;) Please advise. I wld love to stock up on some new sale tees for spring…in MY colors. Thx

Hi there, sadly no. They’re printed on whatever color the artist picked.

If you use the desktop version of shirt woot you can sort by color. For the heather options you can search “heather blue” or just “heather.” It’s not perfect, but its better than all black shirts.

I’ve got cats. I can’t do the dark colors lol.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)

Thanks for the info. Maybe Woot can pass along to the artists that many pet owners (and others!) would prefer some lighter or heathered options. It’s always black shirts, but honestly, I don’t know anyone who’s into wearing those dark colors (esp in spring & summer). Everyone LOVES a good white tee; sounds “basic”, but that’s kinda the point(!) lol. They go everywhere.

Just my 2 cents😊

I just got this design with the stacked prime appreciation and funhouse deals, and I could’ve sworn there was a complimenting Jedi/Rebel version to go along with it. I thought about posting this in the shirts missing from the catalogue thread, but didn’t know if that was just for artists.

How’s the current shirt printing process?

I have some Woot shirts from the American Apparel days, and the quality of the print has lasted MANY wash cycles with only moderate fading. In contrast, some of the newer woot shirts I own are peeling in hundreds of little places, as if it’s a big iron-on sticker. I have already done refunds for shirts that have peeled excessively quickly, but honestly, it was just easier to stop buying than to continually get exchanges or refunds. Is the current process going to give me the same sticker-peel behavior?

How can you tell what has a tank top and what does not?
Without clicking into each individual shirt?

What Peace wrote here is true for tank-tops too.

Thanks for the reply.
and the tips!!

Any word on when classic 2xl tees will be back in stock?

hey! which color were you looking for and I can try to find out for ya?

Didn’t realize it was just certain colors. I guess all the ones that I liked were black as that seems to be the one that’s out.

It looks like we have it back in stock, is there a certain design(s) you were wanting? I can get it flipped back on as soon as I can.

Same. I made the mistake of ordering ‘classic’ thinking it would be larger than ‘fitted’, without looking at the size chart. Now I have a Ladies’ Large T-shirt that fits more like a Medium. >:[

About the shirt “Someday We’ll All be Dead” - sometimes the only thing that makes me feel better is the line in the poem “Thanatopsis” “All that breathe will share thy destiny.”

I don’t know what’s going on with UPS, but since they missed the delivery window on Monday, they took my 8 shirts to a UPS access point instead of my house yesterday. I’m not expecting woot to do anything, I just needed some place to vent my general frustration.

Why do the tank tops cost moe than the short sleeve shirts?
Inquiring mind wants to know, because the use less fabric, and the labor cost should be about the same.
