Needed to get up early enough to watch the US face the Netherlands. Not a good outcome, but I was excited for the team. We’ll be ready in 2026 though!

Before six. But I realized it was raining after I went downstairs, so after I let the dogs back in I dozed on the couch. No building block walls in inclement weather. I’m not Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.

Get up? As in out of bed, up and moving around? Or do you mean up as awake or semi close to it? In either case the correct answer is, as always, tacos. Tacos

I seldom sleep past 4a.m. Too many years of work starting at 6 or 7 a.m. Today Mom was rummaging around at 3:30 so been up and around since.
I’ve also salted the walk, cleaned up stove,counters, boxed up more Mom crap…
Plumber comes Tuesday, yeah!

I’ve been retired for years, so I try to sleep in until 5:30 to 6:00.
Today I woke up at 5:45.

I try to sleep in on weekends, but it’s rarely later than 6:30. I’m up at 4:27 on weekdays. The commute is so much nicer without all the rush hour traffic. And I get to leave early enough to get home at the same time as all my girls get home from school
