So excited for this. Worked great and was finally accurate counting steps. Easy set up. I just got a dud, battery dies in 3hrs. Reached out to CS!
DOESN’T WORK. DOA. DOESN’T CHARGE, DOESN’T TURN ON. WOOT SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AND SAME THING. DOA. DOESN’T CHARGE, DOESN;T TURN ON. THESE WERE MANUFACTURED IN 2021 (ACCORDING TO WHAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE BOX). CLEARLY THE BATTERY IS SHOT. AMAZEFIT DOESN’T RESPOND TO SUPPORT EMAILS OR VOICEMAILS. TOO BAD, LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TRACKER.

These were sold with a Woot warranty, though I’m assuming that you’d probably prefer a refund.
