Not getting 10% off in the app as advertised

Hm…

Try logging out, clear the app cache, maybe restart your phone, turn facing the direction of Carrollton TX, reboot, then login using your Prime credentials. You do have Prime, right?

The discount shows on the final screen right before you push the orange buy button.

Works for me! Make sure you login with Prime and check the price at final screen in checkout.

Shark has been around a while and sucks hard. But they won’t be an option until they add a spring retracting cord. Manual wind cords are a 1980s cheap-out and don’t belong on new vacuums these days.

Like power windows on a car, they’re just one more thing to break…then where are you?

I agree. I’ve always found retractable cords to be a pain in the ass. No real benefit for the hassle. I guess it’s fun to hold a button and watch the cord come flying back and hit you in the face…

Lol. The retracting cord on my electrolux oxygen has been going strong for 15 years. Anything else feels like a downgrade. I wish they still made canister vacuums.

Yes Doctor, I miss my moms old electrolux. The Shark Liftaway is the closest thing I’ve found to that experience

Electrolux or in general? Because canister vacs are still a thing.

Good Lord, that looks like an unauthorized modification!!

I’ve been carrying 10 foot long pieces of trim in my Corolla to the job sites…fortunately I figured out the back seats fold down, giving access from the rear of the trunk to the windshield…

Arrived, works, looks like it was abused. Did I mention it works.

Got mine too. Woot!'s description of “certified to look” “like new” was BS (at least in my case). It’s covered in scratches and undeniably looks used (and even abused). I find it hard to believe this was returned within Amazon’s typical 30 day window. It looks too roughed up for that.

It does work and works well. Really well, actually. It’s way better than my previous (lower end) Shark vacuum. Still a decent deal given the price, but I’ll be hesitant to trust Woot!'s claims on a product’s condition in the future.

Edit: In fairness, the description also says “These items are expected to have a moderate level of wear & tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings.”. It’s unfortunate (/deceptive) that they said it looks “like new” later in the description. My bad for ignoring the former while believing the latter I suppose.

Yeah, that’s confusing for sure. I’ll ping the Home team about that. If you’re unhappy with it, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
