I also received the wrong model with missing parts and damage to both the engine and frame. I have reported to Woot and I am waiting on a reply.
For those who reported, were they able to send you another unit?
Woot contacted me about my damaged unit on Saturday 5/4 and i immediately replied to their email but still have not heard back from the representative. Does it normally take this long to resolve an issue?
