Is this going to be destroyed in shipping or trashed?

Just had mine delivered, and itâs a mess. Shipped in a single-wall cardboard box with zero packing that was open when received, the handle is removed and all parts just thrown in. I have not removed it from the box yet, but everything is covered with oil. The pics show a âpouchâ of oil, so if itâs under everything my guess is that it burst. Will be surprised if it works, having been shipped like that. My first, and probably last, Woot purchase.

Mine was delivered yesterday exactly how the person above described; single cardboard box, all covered in oil, the pressure wash inside is on its side covered in oil and everything looks like itâs just thrown in it, definitely very disappointing,
Mine arrived damaged like the others, wasnt even the correct model number. Ended up getting a 61124. Mine also appears to still have had some gas in the tank or carb and smells like raw fuel.
Mine arrived in pretty good shape, all things considered, but the wand holder is broke. But now that I read these comments and look at the picture on here I too see that I did not get the same model as what is listed so thatâs disappointing. Already have sent an email regarding the broken part. Waiting to see what they say but really disappointing that someone didnât list this correctly.
Just got my âSimpson 3400 PSI Gas Pressure Washer (Refurbished)â and I think the description was wrong. Instead of refurbished it should say fell off the truck and hit anything except the lottery. Anyone else have better results than me?

Mine also looks like it fell off the truck and tumbled to the door. Oil stained box, busted plastic parts and all. ("care"free shipping) My only real complaint is the 1/4 3300 PSI hose that should be a 5/16 3400psi or better. Manufacturer clearly states not to use a pressure hose with less than the machines pressure rating. Weâve rarely had an issue with a Woot purchase, this is clearly something they had no direct control over.
Hit everything except the lottery⊠still laughing over that one!! 
So mine wasnt quite as bad. It only arrived with two broken parts. My major concern is that my 3400 psi washer arrived with a 3200 max psi hose. Does anyone know if this is dangerous?
Looks like the 61124 model is really a 3300 psi unit thats badged as 3400 psi. They are Samâs Club/ Walmart specific modelâs. The 520006 pump on these are only rated for 3300psi 2.4 gpm.
I also received a completely different model than advertised and the wand was bent and the plastic handle destroyed. Iâm pretty confident ârefurbishedâ doesnât mean cracked or smashed parts and youâre buying a different not the model pictured and/or different performance stats. I guess Iâm lucky that the oil pouch didnât burst but this ainât right.
Anyone get responses from woot? Started my complaint on the 18th emailed them back on the 19th with pictures. Havenât heard anything since. Do they take Saturday and Sunday off? Not complaining just somewhat concerned. I tried to send additional pics of the box but I get a delivery failure notice from an Amazon email. I guess they only let you send one email.

I had the same issues and question. Manufacture states we should not use a lower PSI hose with the unit, due to various issues as well as possibly bursting hose. However Matt028 has sussed out, the unit may well in fact not be a 3400 as labeled, so our hose may be okđđ». I too still await feedback from the Monkeys.
Same issue here with wrong model being sent, piss poor packaging which lead to damage and the wrong hose sent (rated only to 3200psi vs 3400 psi on pressure washer). Seems like woot is slow as molasses as well, they requested jpictures and pictures were sent same day. Now it seems like they are ghosting meâŠ
