Likely not. Most refurbished items come brown boxes.

Mine arrived yesterday in a large brown box. Can’t wait to try it. My husband is trying to recover from surgery for esophageal cancer and from additional radiation and is having great difficulties eating. I am going to use this to “creamify” the high-calorie, high-protein drinks (which he doesn’t like to drink). He REALLY needs to gain weight and strength! :pray:t2:

Did you check inside all the packaging? Sometimes they’re pushed up into the spacer box.

I did, no good luck:( without the container, we can’t even try the machine. I can purchase one from other stores, but I need woot give me the solution. It’s hard to contact them. I sent couple emails the day before yesterday, but didn’t get any reply.

Did you send emails in the same day? That could be the problem. Sometimes they get marked as duplicates.

You might try adding info@woot.com to your contacts.

Posting again to say that we are loving our Ninja Creami from Woot! I downloaded the recipe book and am going to try to find a printed copy online. :heart:

So far my favorite thing is eggnog ice cream. I just froze the eggnog and them “creamified” it.
