What is the difference between this one and the one for around $73?
Ok, @pepper114, I bought one of these. And thanks for tagging me so I knew it was here! What am I paying you to be a VM for anyway? 
I can’t say for sure but it looks like the $73 is one model number newer - NC300 vs NC301. I couldn’t really tell from the descriptions but I’m guessing the 301 has a few more features I’d likely never use, so since this my first foray into it, I just saved myself the $20 by buying this one, and we’ll see how it goes.
Edit: looking again the 301 has 2 more button settings than the 300. Smoothie bowl and one other one. There may be a few other features too, hence the difference.

You’ll want this. Pick any flavor. You’ll also want a big plastic container because the bags get kinda messy.

I use at least 1/2 cup mix and fill to the line with milk. A stick blender helps, but you can mix it however you want.
Other people get fancy with these. I just want soft serve without having to go anywhere.
Yeah it’s two more buttons you’ll probably never need. With that $20 you’ll want some of these. There’s 3rd party ones too, but I haven’t tried them.
